Thyroid breathlessness help

I have a goitre on the left of my thyroid as well as numerous swollen lymph nodes on the left side, I'm suffering bad with breathlessness and was wondering if anyone had any tips on helping please? Doctors couldnt give a monkeys and i dont have my thyroid biopsy until next friday, my lymph nodes came back reactive but need some advice on how to help my breathing

    I can't begin to imagine how difficult this must be for you but I hope this information I've found on breathlessness, and how to manage it, will help make things easier.
