I had a urgent mri scan done end of October I was then called back to rescan nearly 3 weeks back I still haven't had results should I be worried or is it a case of no news is good news .?
I'm sorry to hear that you've recently needed an MRI and subsequently a further scan. it's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about the results.
We know that around the UK many people are waiting longer than usual for results. As it's now been a good few weeks since your last scan, there's no harm in getting in touch with the Dr who requested the original MRI, or their secretary. Hopefully they will be able to give you some idea about when you may hear the results.
I would ring your consultants secretary as they have access to your notes and results although they can't give results they can ask consultants to contact you or send messages to you. My consultant was great and expedited my surgery when l asked if l should start a new medication from my GP pre or post surgery..
