Hiya. I'm 18 and have health anxiety, and no history of cancer in the past. However, for about 4-5 years I have had a larger lymph node on one side of my neck, behind my ear, than the other. this is a node behind and below my ear, in the crevice between my jaw bone and my neck. Recently however, in the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a hard, immovable lump directly below my lymph node. It seems to be growing (maybe), it is oddly shaped, has a couple of bumps on it, and is about 3cm across. It seems to be connected to my lymph node and also to my neck. It does not move when I press on it, and does not hurt either. It is very hard - almost bone hard, and is below my lymph node. I cannot imagine anything else this could be other than cancer and I am panicking beyond belief. I would love either some reasurrance and/or advice. I am making a doctors appointment on Monday, but I'm not sure whether to go to a walk in sooner.
