Hi I had this about 7 years ago I had to have what is called a letzi procedure we're they basically burn off cells twice I got it done . The HPV virus is very common almost every woman has it and can lie dormant and then appear thankfully picked up at smears .  The pain in belly could be from cysts I have one on my left ovary just got a little bigger after I had my wee baba there 2 years ago . Unfortunately I was diagnosed with breast cancer April 2021 when she was 7 months old . Thankfully all clear now have two operations still to have and hysterectomy as I carry both genes BRAC1 and PABL2 gene. Don't be worried it's best to go get the procured done and it's not sore . Hi thank u for your reply I'm so sorry to here that I'm glad u have had the all clear they did a scan that come back fine will they test me to see if they are cancer cells as my mum has had it twice so I'm worried as I was 2 years late for my smear I'm at hospital on the 3rd of January but I'm trying to keep positive and still have a good christmas for my children I'm 33 so hopefully I will be okay I really hope so x
