Hi all I'm struggling to find Anyone who's been through something similar to me. Im desperate for answers.

Long story short.. in 2019 I stopped contraception to try for baby in 4 months I conceived but at a scan was told I was miscarrying and had a 18cm cyst. The cyst was removed 4 months later and we tried again and 5 months later was pregnant with my now daughter however at 14 weeks pregnant they now found a 9cm cyst. They called them complex as they was both made up of solid and fluid? After my daughter was born they re scanned me a few months later and said it was still there and still 9cm. I was then put on a waiting list for surgery, I waited 10 months I wasnt bothering me but 9 months later I started have irregular periods, nausea, chronic pain and bloating . Was messed about for weeks and weeks with dr in end got a private scan which showed it grown to 15cm. I was then pushed forward for emergency surgery as I was in daily pain and unable to wee and scans showed urine retention. 2 weeks later they took it out and it was 25cm and it had fused itself to my bowel and I also lost the ovary and tube :( iv since had the coil in to give my body a break but im so confused to whats causing these 

Anyone have any similar stories ? 

Or answers to whats caused these?

Anyone have 1 ovary and concieved fairly easy as I'm so scared ill never be able to have a second child ?

Also since surgery I been In pain still (alot milder) cramps shoot pains and pains when weeing and I'm also constipated so bad I go once a week now despite laxatives and it hurts my belly so badly to pass number 2s I'm worried there's been some damage to bowel and bladder due to the retention and the fact the cyst was stuck to the bowel
