I have had irregular periods for years I only bleed for a day but end Oct 2022 had a period well thot it was, it stopped 5 days later bled again I have had 5 periods within 3 weeks went to doctor yesterday she asked if I had smear and I said no as all my smears come back inconclusive and it hurts. No bleed yest but know something not right she done a swab and the swab had lots of blood but I was not bleeding . I thot it could be hormones or even stress, but I have never seen a swab with lots of blood before she has sent it off for testing very worried bit I see how outcome is.
