Experiencing any unusual or unexplained symptoms can be worrying, especially when you feel like they're not improving, but your doctor will be able to help.

I know seeing a  GP can be scary but they will want to know what's wrong and do all they can to help so when you feel ready, do try to book yourself an appointment. It may not be as bad as you imagine, plus it will get you a step closer to some answers and peace of mind.
