Hi. I started with a swollen red perineum just over a week ago, since then I've developed what I believed to be awful hammoroisds, no bleeding, just a purple/red bulge protruding from my anus. Then more recently the perineum is more like little pimples and blistery, my bottom has almost mini cauliflower warts around my anus.

I've seen a GP who examined me and said she couldn't feel a lump internally. No bleeding. I do feel like I want to poop more frequently and feel a heaviness in my bottom. I've been taking lactulose for piles.

I then saw a nursery practitioner Friday as it wasn't getting better - she said I have herpes - I was diagnosed formally 5 years ago.

im so scared tho that my bottom looks so bad and feel heavy. I've read this can be a sign lf cancer. The GP no red flags came up but I'm scared they've missed something.
