Breast pain in right breast

Hi guys

I am 23 years old and I've noticed that when I press down on my nipple on my right breast it feels bruises like underneath the nipple. it only hurts when I press down on it and not any other time. does this sound worrying? it feels like a bruise pain underneath my nipple and only hurts when I press down on it. 

should I be concerned? I'm having anxiety over this thanks

    I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling anxious about your breast health at the moment. Whilst the majority of women who are referred to a specialist breast clinic by their GP are not diagnosed with cancer, it's always important to get these things checked out. 

    Give your GP a call and make an appointment. I'm sure they will be able to give you some reassurance.
