I saw my gp exactly a year ago about persistent pain and a small lump in my breast. They said I would need to be referred to the breast clinic. I have heard from the clinic twice asking if I still want to be seen and advised there's a significant wait for appointments. No indication of how long that wait could be. I'm getting a bit concerned as a year has now passed and my symptoms are still there. Is this ok to wait so long to be seen?
