Faecal Calprotectin levels 2000

Hi all, I'm 28 years old. I've been going through lots of investigations after unintentionally losing 3 stone, constant nausea and frequent vomiting aswell as awful heartburn. Today I got my faecal calprotectin results as they are 2000.

 

I am absolutely terrified! I'm already on the two week cancer referral to gastro and my doctors are talking to me about my still sample results next week (I read them online) so of course I googled and I'm now so scared and worried. 

Is there any chance these results don't mean anything serious?
