I suffer from severe hath anxiety for years . I've had multiple checks,scans,mammograms etc over the years with came back that I had breast necrosis.  Last week I found a small lump which feels like a grape under my right breast by the rib . I booked an appointment ment at my docs but only the nurse was available to see so I saw her and she said it feel like nodule so I've been referred again to the breast clinic . My appointment isn't for 3 weeks and I'm constantly pressing it , poking to  the point I've made it sore, red  and area tender . I qint got really anyone to  hat to . I dunno just feel alone .
