Small Bump Inside Mouth

Hello. I recently noticed/felt a tiny pimple-like bump on the roof of my mouth. I've managed to have a look with a small mirror and it literally looks like a small pimple that's slightly red. It doesn't hurt, doesn't cause me any trouble. No other symptoms of anything, and I have no idea how long its been there. I will obviously go to my dentist but does anyone have any opinions or advice?

I'm sorry to hear that you've recently found a small lump in your mouth. It's definitely a good idea to get this checked by your Dentist or GP as they will be best placed to arrange any appropriate treatment or referral.
It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about this lump, but try to remain positive and hopefully the Dentist/GP will be able to give you some answers and reassurance soon.

Hi Henry,
Moderators are not medically trained so we can't offer any thoughts on what this could be but it's good to hear you're going to get this checked by your dentist and hopefully, as Mod Jenn said, they can give you the answers you're seeking.
In the meantime, we'll have our fingers crossed this isn't any cause for concern.
