I understand how you are thinking that. I would expect them to give you the results of your biopsy first, before other appointments are made. 

I received my results by phone but I had been made fully aware of the likelihood of it being cancer beforehand.

Yes had the MRI on Monday just gone. Results appointment on Monday coming.

I'd already resigned myself to having cancer, but to now have it in my mind that it's almost positive I do, it's just thrown everything into turmoil.

Are you undergoing treatment? 

sounds to me as though your appointment monday might have had to be rescheduled for maybe number of reasons...maybe just a mix up..

Thank you. It is a nice thought, but no, they confirmed Monday is still my results day.

Yes I understand your fears completely. Did they give you any indication during your mammograms and ultrasound of their findings?

In hindsight it was quite obvious at my ultrasound that they had found cancer. The nurse started to ask me if I had anyone with me and the radiologist seemed to be in a rushed panic.

It was a few minutes later that they told me it had an 80% chance of being cancer. I was grateful for their honesty. They were right.

Hi there thank you. I unfortunately do have cancer! I have 3 tumors, 2 cancerous, 1 not. But one is Her2 positive. I just had meeting with oncologist and I will be starting chemo in the next few weeks, with hormone treatment. 6 rounds 3 weekly. 

I strangely feel better knowing what I am dealing with and can start to make some plans.
