Wondering if anyone else has gone through anything similar?

I had a GP appointment yesterday because my FIT test and faecal calprotectin tests were abnormal after I lost a lot of weight. She asked if it was okay to have a look at the area and it turns out that there's a skin tag so she explained that was probably a cut before and caused the bleeding and then closed up. I hope that's the only reason for the bleeding.

She also tried to do the finger exam and I found it too painful and she couldn't do it properly. I'm really scared now because I would rather know if I have piles or any masses or anything. I don't know what to do now.
