Hi all, I know that I'm probably worrying about nothing as I do tend to overthink & look into things too much, but I have a grape sized lump just under my left breast, and it's really worrying me as it's quite hard. 

i know that the odds of having breast cancer at my age is extremely rare, but it's still very worrying. 

im overweight & I have PCOS, and im not sure if any of these factors have any play to it.

im in the process of trying to swap my GP surrgey over so I won't be able to get an appointment for maybe a week or so, and I'm worried sick tbh, I can't get it off my mind.

does anyone have any advice, thank you ️
