Hi - sorry for the long post but I just don't know what to do.

5 weeks ago my 3 year old daughter had a slight cold, then 4 weeks ago an inch long lump came up in the base of her neck, along with a few other pea sized ones, she was in pain and couldn't move her neck freely, so took her to the doctor who said probably just from the cold she had and if doesn't go down in 2 weeks bring her back. It had gone down slightly after 2 weeks but was still there along with the little ones, she is well in herself but just her neck causing her pain and she isn't sleeping well because of it. So took her back to the doctor who said to wait another 2 weeks to see if it goes down. But 4 days ago another inch long lump came up on the other side of her neck.. 

Do I wait until 10th nov, when we have a check up booked with the doctor or should I ring and go back? 
 

I just don't know what to do.
