There are a lot of different types, stages and grades of breast cancer and their presentation can vary. We are always advised to get any breast changes investigated medically. Try not to Google, as this will only scare you for no good reason. Not all breast lumps are cancerous, but if your nipples are inverting too, have a word with your parents and make an appointment to see your GP.  Please don't delay and make that appointment as soon as possible, as in the unfortunate case that it does prove to be untoward, the sooner it is attended to the better the outcome tends to be.

I sincerely hope that this is just due to hormonal changes at your age, but please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.
