Hi. I've been very low in iron over the past 3 months so my Dr put me on iron tablet's but since then I've found 2 lumps on the underneath of my left thigh until tonight when I found a third lump so something is going on.

I was feeling better once on the iron tablet's for around a week but I am feeling unwell again and was wondering, could this all be connected ? 

My Dr has put in an urgent request for a scan but haven't heard anything yet but I'm sure I will this week sometime. 

In 2015 I was told I had breast cancer of which I had surgery and then radiotherapy and have been clear since then.

There is a lot of different cancers in my biological family of which 3 members have passed away, each with different cancers and I have a sister who had bowel cancer of which she survived but she is now living with blood cancer of which is stable currently. 

Am I worrying too much, should I be concerned?
