Just wanted to post an update in case anyone stumbles on this thread in the future. I finally got my biopsy results back after 11 weeks waiting and it came back as CIN1, no treatment needed but they'll keep an eye on it as I'm due my standard smear test this year. Fingers crossed it clears itself.

Mine took 11 weeks also. Went back to colposcopist and was told I had cin3, no clear margins after lletz and the cells had been scrutinised by 7 pathologists who said it was as close to cancer as it could be without a diagnosis. 

I now have to go for a hysterectomy. Will be done within 3 months, hopefully. X

So sorry to hear you had to wait such a long time for your results and that you'll need to have a hysterectomy. At least they are treating it and hopefully before it's had time to spread if it's borderline CIN3. 

Will keep my fingers crossed for you that everything goes smoothly.
