Hi, 

I've had this swelling in my armpit for about 8 weeks. The odd aching pain and night sweats. I went to my gp who examined me and thought she found a lump in my breast. 
I went to the breast clinic last Monday. The consultant was a bit rashed and after one or two feels decides there were no lumps. Ok yea fab news. She did say that I could mention my armpit to radiologist that were doing my scan but didn't think there was any need. 
I went for the scan, I didn't have to mention my armpit she automatically scanned it. 
she then informed me that there is quite a few large lymph nodes there and wanted to take a biopsy. 
im booked in for my results this afternoon and my anxiety is through the roof. I know they say think positive but it's so hard. I've been hoping I'd have a cold or something so that would be why they are in larged.
