I have my result appointment on friday 4th November after a brest biopsy. Could somebody please tell me what expect at the appointment obviously not the results? I am petrified and not coping too well ATM I feel very weepy.
After my biopsy I waited two weeks for the results . At the appointment I saw a consultant who then explained what they had found a small lump . I then went onto have a lumpectomy and lymph node surgery . Another two weeks for the results . Lump / node clear but her positive. So I had to have 12 rounds of chemo ( just finished on Friday ) and radiotherapy starting in a months time
Obviously... you will have a totaly different outcome to me !!
Its understandable to be weepy .. I was . It's all a total shock but your going to be looked after and given the best possible care
