I'm really worried my husband has bowel cancer and I literally can't think of anything else at the moment it's worrying me sick.

he's has blood in his stool for quite some time that he was told was piles, they eventually did a FITT test and it came back positive, then he had blood tests which showed low iron. I know these are both signs of bowel cancer. He's 52. He has no other symptoms apart from these two things. Is it likely to be cancer? Waiting on colonoscopy appointment
