Blood blisters and rash following breast biopsy

I had a core needle biopsy last Monday.  On removal of the dressing, the biopsy site has healed nicely.

However I have what looks like 2 blood filled blisters, a nasty red rash and some raised red sore areas.

One od the blisters is weeping blood.

Is this normal?

    I'm sorry to hear that having recently had a breast biopsy you're now having some problems with the biopsy site. 

    If you've not already done so then please get in touch with your GP or the breast care nurse as they will be best placed to see you and arrange any treatment that may be appropriate for the rash and blisters. 

    I hope that they're able to get this sorted for you soon and that you don't have to wait too long for your biopsy results. Keep in touch and let us know how you get on.

    Dis this get sorted for you? My mum has the same and I’m trying to find answers as she’s had a rash for over a month now since the biopsy and she’s been in pain and fever etc
