Hi just want to check with ppl if they have same problem. I have had diarrhoea for about a year put it down to ibs but then started to get pains in belly and groin really bad all the time accompanied by really bad gurgling noises constantly in my belly. I also find I have loads of flem in throat and hard to swallow all the time any advice grateful worried it could be stomach cancer or bowel cancer.

    I hope that you will meet others here who are experiencing or have experienced the same issues and that they will come and share their story with you.

    It's normal to be worried about things like stomach or bowel cancer but try to bear in mind that there will be so many other conditions which could explain your symptoms so don't anticipate the worst. The best thing to do though if you haven't done so already is to talk to your GP about these symptoms you've described here. Your doctor will be in the best position to tell you more and advise you on what it might be. So try and ring your GP surgery tomorrow if you can and have a chat about these issues.

    Thank you for reply had blood test and all came back ok but gp rushing me through for a colonoscopy and endoscopy within 2 weeks they said max as its urgent. I'm just really worried as it hurts to eat and I go toilet straight away after everything I eat and have really bad diarrhoea and gas.

    Hi Check,

    I was wondering whether you got to the bottom of your symptoms. I am also experiencing abdominal pain all the time and worried sick waiting for tests x
