I am sorry to hear about these bowel issues you have been experiencing. I am not sure myself what the CT scan would have shown but this is something you could perhaps ask your GP when you give them a call tomorrow. 

I think if you are worried about your symptoms, you are right to call the GP who will be in the best position to advise you and tell you more about your bowel symptoms. 

I hope that you will also hear from others who have had similar symptoms and that they will be along to share their experience with you.
