A week ago I started experiencing thick pink discharge which has a strong fishy odour (sorry for tmi), I went to the sexual health clinic today for some tests and was told I have BV (I am still waiting for the results of the others)

Does anybody know if BV can cause pink discharge and uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen? As the nurse didn't even ask what my symptoms were and did not confirm if bv can cause them.
