Normal ultrasound could it still be lymphoma??

Hi guys, hope I'm in the right place. 3 months ago I found a small pea sized lump on the right side of my neck, I didn't really get worried about it and forgot all about it. Last week I felt it again and realised it's grown and my lymph nodes seemed swollen so I went to the gp, who was also concerned and sent me for a urgent ultrasound. I've also experienced fatigue, and night sweats (not drenching but still significant as I'm always cold), I also get itching sometimes on my legs but it's really bad I can't stop it. Since then I also felt another lump next to the other one, both weren't too small and definitely have grown a lot

I went for my ultrasound today, the sonographer said it's swollen lymph nodes and it's normal sometimes it can happen (even though I haven't been sick for a year) he said it can be different things, he said he can't for sure say it's nothing serious but looks normal now and it's okay.

I left feeling more anxious because now I don't know if this is something that can become serious or not to worry? I'm just wondering if any ones had a similar experience or if you did end up having cancer and got misdiagnosed as I'm so stressed out right now. Would love any advice thank you :)
