Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Minhar although I'm sorry about the anomaly that's been found on your partner's lung.

I know this must be very scary, especially when things are moving quickly, but if you can, try not to think the worst. This is always much easier said than done but the anomaly may not be anything as serious as cancer, and as you've said in your post, your partner has had pluerisy before so it could be related to that.
