I'm no expert, but given that your symptoms started right after you bashed your head, I'd guess it is likely to be due to that. It would be rather a coincidence if you just started having symptoms of a brain tumour just after your banged your head.

You absolutely did the right thing by speaking to the doctors and it's great that they aren't worried. If it doesn't improve in a few weeks, it might be worth contacting them again, but for now, I'd assume they were correct.
