May have cervical cancer

Right .. Im on pill and take 3 months and then break for 4 days and start again so My period was lasting 4/5 days and was light ... last period I was really heavy and was going through tampon and pad within 30 mins and period lasted over a week and I was very neausa with it and pains was really bad .... iv started the pill back and i began to bleed again so after week of bleeding i went to the doc and she said that I have a very fleshy sore on side of my cervix and end of my cerixv i had that red thing where it shows u are on the pil et.. somthing... but im not been bleedimg for 4 weeks non stop and in discomfort and have back lower pain and had foul discharge before the blood doc has sent a referral for urgent camer but i have an app on monday to see a gynecologist has anyone has same sort of symptoms and wasnt CC? My head is everywhere im really worried that it is CC .. thanks everyone

    Poor you it sounds like you had a really tough experience on your last period and you did well to mention this to your doctor. It's good that they are being thorough though and investigating this properly and that you won't need to wait long to get answers as you have been given an urgent referral. 

    I hope that your appointment with the gynaecologist goes well tomorrow and that it can shed some light on what is causing these symptoms. It's normal to anticipate the worst but bear in mind that there could be so many other conditions which may have triggered these symptoms. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. 

    I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you.
