i need some advice. I have a raised area at the side of my right breast on the side. I went too the hospital for a check up a while ago they said they can't feel a lump. But to me it's still there. Any one else have this?
Welcome to Cancer Chat. If you're feeling concerned about this and you have noticed something, it's best to give your GP a call. They will be best placed to advise, and to offer any reassurance or next steps as necessary. You can explain where it is and how long you have felt it for and see what they say - that will be the only real way to get any answers.
Ok I have been to my gp since and they've said that when they've felt it, it's nothing abnormal to them. I do have a app with clinic on 18th but I just can't stop worrying that it will be really bad.
also what is at the side of the breast is it fatty tissue ? On either side
It's encouraging to hear your GP thinks this isn't anything abnormal although I'm sorry for the stress and worry this is causing whilst you wait for your breast clinic appointment.
