I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting for a LLETZ treatment at the moment following some recent abnormal cells being found. It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious ahead of your appointment. 

We know that many people feel unusual aches and pains following tests and whilst waiting for results and/or further investigations. The worry of waiting can make us far more aware of our health and notice things that we haven't previously. Hopefully, the pelvic pain that you've had this week is nothing to be concerned about. 

Often it can help to talk these things through with someone and I wonder if you might find it useful to chat with our team of nurses. They're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040 and I'm sure they will be happy to offer any advice and support that they can. Alternatively, you could call the Jo's Trust helpline. 

I hope that you don't have to wait too long for your next appointment and that the team is able to offer you some reassurance.
