I’m so scared that I have BC I’ve been crying all day and shaking. Someone please help I don’t know what to do. My mum just says it sounds hormonal but how can this be normal I've never had it before and I'm so so scared. I'm on the verge of having a panic attack

My right breast keeps having aching pain usually starting from the middle radiating out for about 5 days. My nipple also feels sore and tender. And both my nipples keep getting hard. Sometimes the left is a tiny bit achy but barely noticeable compared to the right. I’m terrified I can’t stop crying. And it’s a different pain, right feels super tender and sensitive and I’m noticing everything brushing against my nipple and it feels a bit tingly and left is dull and achy more towards the side boob and sometimes inner boob. Also on my right (more painful/sensitive side) sometimes my side boob, back hurts. I'm getting some underarm pain and discomfort on both sides.

I think I might be getting my period soon but I don’t know cos they’re very irregular. I do get period cramps sometimes in my stomach and legs but I’ve never had pain in my boobs before
