I hope you're getting on OK - I know the waiting and uncertainty is never easy. Hopefully you'll get the results back soon; it sounds like it's been quite a while.

It's not generally possible to read anything into the waiting time, and it's also normal to speak to a specialist when getting the results. However, hopefully you'll receive further replies here soon with any others' experiences.

I no the waiting is the worst possible thing , I have seen on here many times it's the same I don't think it means it's bad news if they don't call I thibk most results are done at a face to face appointment regardless of results x I had my results 7 days after biopsy at face to face appointment so I can I understand what your going through 7 days killed me , tey and keep busy I wish you all the best I hope all will be ok xx 

Thank you for reply I know the first couple weeks I tried keep busy but definitely finding it harder and when the hospital emailed that consultant had written hard to know if that's good or bad. I thought maybe good as doesn't sound so urgent but then maybe funny to get it it in the post not sure if be results or not.

Did you have any letter after the biopsy?

It's torture, I'm waiting on Oncotype myself I'm going stir crazy the last few days babe to the point where I won't even make a call incase I miss a call from hospital x

It's like just living in limbo isn't it so tense hope you hear soon everything crossed for you. 

Tried doctors they said no appointments today but can see results are back she said have rung 8 am tomorrow try get doctors call and said looks like hospital have sent a letter so hard to know if letter just good news or maybe not as they can't seem tell me anything before letter.

so my friend was diagnosed on feb 1st 22 I broke my heart , I was on holiday in Cyprus in June and felt a heaviness no lump not feeling unwell , so paranoid cause of my freind webt to get a check on 29 th June at 1 pm by 1.30 I was told I got a lump very small and it was suspicious, come back in 7 days webt back in 7 days to be told I'm on the same journey as my best friend xx 

Aww so sorry all such a shock amazing you got it checked out though. Have you had surgery? What type did you have. Big vitural hugs to you xx
