Hi, wonder if any one can help me .... 

past six months I have lost a lot of weight past two months 

had Diarrhoea every day. Worse after when I have eaten I get stomach pain then have to go... once side my stomach is swollen just wondered if any one experienced this 

or am I worried over nothing I have tried changing my diet but no change

    I'm sorry to hear that you're currently dealing with some ongoing health concerns. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious and worried about what may be responsible for your symptoms. Still, it's important to remember that there could be any number of reasons, other than cancer. 

    The important thing is that you contact your GP to arrange an appointment with them. They will be able to request any necessary tests and arrange a referral if needs be. 

    Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long for some answers, and things will start to improve.
