Not quite sure what's going on - breast clinic appt on Thurs

Hi all, 

A few weeks ago I noticed that a quarter of my breast had disappeared?! So where the left is plump and fatty the right has a section that is empty. No fatty part, no plumpiness, no nothing. 2 days ago I then noticed that my right armpit is slightly swollen too... 

I have an appointment at the breast clinic at 10am Thursday (8/9) but I can't stop my head from thinking the worst. 

My own GP seemed shocked and pulled a face then quickly turned away before telling me I wasn't allowed anymore HRT until after my results. 

Has anyone had this before as I'm struggling finding anyone who has.... 

I have no lumps at all

    I'm really sorry to hear about your breast and for the worry this is understandably causing.

    Hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar position will get back to you soon but in the meantime I just wanted to wish you all the best for Thursday. I hope your breast clinic appointment goes well but if there is anything playing on your mind after you've been, do give our cancer nurses a call.
