Spleen enlarged

Hello, just joined as awaiting my follow up haematology appointment, I had tummy pain last year that came and went for years they said it was probably IBS , had an ultrasound thinking it was a problem with reproductive organs but ultrasound just found enlarged spleen I think it was 12.6 cm. I went to gastro and they just said IBS most likely and didn't want to put me through any further tests.
Took a while to wait for a follow up ultrasound which showed the spleen had grown - so then waited for haematology app, it's made me really anxious and fearing the worst thanks to Google! I then became obsessed with being able to feel nodes in my neck either side. Only a bout the size of my finger tip.

I had my first haematology appointment and she said there was also an enlarged node in my armpit and two pea sized in my neck, aswell as feeling the tip of my spleen under the ribs. I had a CT Scan and blood work done, a letter has come saying there aren't any enlarged nodes anywhere which is confusing but good news I guess. All bloods came back normal - no glandular fever, HIV etc, molecular testing all good - apart from slightly low iron, which I'm now taking, spleen is 13cm , im going back on the 19th September, just wondered if anyone knows why my spleen could be enlarged slightly? I never mentioned that I've always had trouble with my tonsils since being a child and should have had them out but didn't as a teen. Could that be a cause? I will mention it when I go. I have been having some sweats recently feel like I'm burning up and become clammy randomly. I'm always tired. Thanks for any advice.
