Breast concern

Hi, I have tiny black pin head sized marks in a cluster on my breast (close to nipple), it is very slightly raised and rough. I now have noticed more black pin head sized black marks, what could this be? I have a little white discharge now again aswell. I know this sounds gross but I'm a bit concerned but feel silly to go to my gp.. has anyone experienced anything similar?

    Hello Jan9 and a warm welcome to Cancer Chat,

    Don't feel silly for thinking of going to the GP - if you are worried about these marks and the white discharge, your GP will be best placed to advise you and tell you what it might be. So don't be shy about it and give your surgery a ring to arrange to have this looked at by your doctor. 

    I hope that you will hear from other forum members who have had something similar before and that they will come and share their experience with you. 

    Keeping everything crossed for your that it turns out to be nothing of concern.

    Thank you for your reply Lucie, I am diabetic so have a review in October so I might mention it then whilst I'm there. Just the thought of ringing my gp is so off putting.
