Having just come through a breast cancer scare I'm struggling to be going through more investigations.  Horrendous pelvic pain and urinary urgency has led me to being referred to a gynaecologist and  I'm scared. I had an endometrial ablation 12 years ago and he thinks HRT may have reactivated growth but he can't do a biopsy because of the ablation. Instead I have to have an urgent MRI.   Has anyone on here had really bad pelvic pain travelling down legs and lower back pain as the key symptoms of endometrial cancer after ablation?
