Hey, I've been going through something similar this last week. I'm 34 and found a movable soft ish lump. Went to the Dr's immediately and she wasn't worried but have an appointment at the hospital next week to make sure.

The Dr's appoint isn't as scary as you may think. 90% of lumps are harmless and your ages is in your favour.

hey, that sounds positive for you, i hope your appointment next week goes well too. I did work up the courage to call the doctors this morning and got an appointment at 2:30. doc said my age and the fact there's no family history means the risk is low for me and she doesn't think it would be bad and could be cysts, fibroadenoma etc, i do have lumpy breasts. but referred me to the breast clinic for ultrasound. hoping i get an appointment soon. i'm still convinced it's got to be something sinister but fingers crossed
