Hi ! So I've had one swollen lymph node for around 5 weeks now. It's next to my jaw and it has been swollen for 5 weeks and in that time it's doubled in size it's around 4cm now, I don't like to panic about my health but I guess this has concerned me a lot. I'm very lethargic and I just can't get rested , I'm constantly sweating especially at night and I keep having chest pains and headaches worse then usual. I just feel generally unwell all the time. It's only the one lymph node that is swollen but it having doubled in its size within 5 weeks it's caught me a bit off guard. 
 

ive only left this so long because a family member of mine and a friend that I spent a few days with had covid , I didn't end up getting it but I didn't want to run to the GP if it's just my body fighting something.
