I have enlarged lymph node groin past 4 months, just had ct results back and shoes enlarged liver. Waiting on another referral now? Any ideas what this means and if they are related. I'm so scared
I can imagine this is a rather worrying time for you as your CT scans results have shown you have an enlarged liver and this has left you for the time being with more questions than answers I suspect. Having to wait for yet another referral must be very stressful for you as you are having to go through this endless wait again. Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you what this enlarged liver that was shown on your CT scan may mean but hopefully you will hear from others who have had this flagged in a scan before and they will be along soon to share their experience with you.
In the meantime, I thought I would share this information with you to help you cope while waiting for important news. I hope that it won't be long now until you get your next appointment and that you get some definite answers soon. If you can, try and resist the urge to look anything up online as this will only make you feel more anxious bringing up the most unlikely and frightening scenario.
