I'm so sorry to hear you are dealing with a recurrence after 9 years of being cancer free Cos.

I can't begin to imagine how you must be feeling at the moment but our community are here for you and hopefully those who have found themselves in a similar position will be along soon to offer you their support and advice.

I had triple negative breast cancer in 2019, chemo, radiotherapy, a lumpectomy, it came back again in December 2020, I had further chemo and a double mastectomy in 2021. I then got cancer again in my axillary lymph nodes in December 2022 and had an axillary clearance. All clear after. But recently I’ve been feeling unwell again, so I’ve just had another pet scan, waiting on the results. Hopefully it’s not back again!
