Worried ! Suspected for ovarian cancer

Hi all ! I have fibroids and my situation goes worse..
I am eating one slice of pizza And i m feeling  full.. now i don t Even drink like I used to. I lost like 5 killos without diet , In about 3 months. And I always feeling bloated!!! Just in the night my belly is relaxed .

Next ,on 31 August i have some test hgg , ca125 , aFP and also i ll have a MIR in coupe of weeks.

i am very very very scared. Keep feeling a pain on the right side.In june I discovered 2 fibroids, 1 cyst 3-4 cm.

I was bleading  to much on the previous month that s why I ve been for the cheek.

after that .. now looks like I m getting worse as one of the tests : ca 125 showed 36 and is supposed to be 35 ; they saying could be the fibroids showing that . But also the second scan made in July sshowed that my ovaries started to look bit different. That s what they said  and that s why I m repeating all of the blood test and also I ll have a MRI scan .

anybody with fibroids beeing tru all of this ?? I m just hoping that I don't have the ovarian cancer... I AM SO SCARED.. All the best and healthy to all of us !!!

  • I have had similar symptoms - getting full quicker and bloating, really heavy periods along with pelvic pain and losing rapid amounts of weight. I had ultrasound which picked up a few things.

I would speak to your GP and you might be referred to the urgent cancer referral depending on what's shown on your scan. I wouldn't worry too much about the blood tests as this is inaccurate way to get diagnosis. Some women have normal range where have cancer, some have high but don't have cancer. I would ask your GP to clarify further on what was difference and explain next steps.

It is easier said than done but please don't try to worry, and certainly don't google anything. I've been going through the process and it's been long & draining. I have appointment tomorrow with specialist so will get more information then.

  • I know it's not easy but try not to worry, l had bilateral ovarian cysts removed last November they were 4 cm and 6 cm solid complex cysts. My bloods were ok,  One surgeon said they only removed cysts over 10 cm, my surgeon was happy to proceed. Although I had lots of adhesions that made surgery difficult it took 4 1/2 hrs the cysts were benign not cancerous. I hope you have a similar outcome

    take care
