Hi. I have just had my second lot of mammogram diagnostic X-rays and it shows a mass of calcification that I have been told looks suspicious.. im now waiting for a biopsy and im worried sick
Hi, sorry to meet you here. I remember waiting for my stereotactic biopsy on my calcifications. It is really hard waiting and I know your mind races. Thankyou Mickey. It is definitely a rollercoaster I wish I could get off right now.. I'm scared also as they say it's close to my chest wall. Is the biopsy painful? I hope you are well now xx
I understand I've felt the same about wanting to get off the rollercoaster. You will get a local and so shouldn't feel more than possibly some pushing. You will likely be a little bruised afterwards, but you'll be relieved that part is over. I try to take one tiny step at a time and that has helped me. Another virtual hug, Mickey xx ️
