It's reassuring that your blood tests have come back normal. If you are worried about these raised levels and about your blood sugar levels, you could ask your GP to help you interpret these results. Do mention that you are having trouble laying on your back at night and that you are experiencing this constant itching. I hope that you manage to speak to someone and that you get some answers soon. 

Hopefully you will hear from others here who have experienced similar symptoms and they will be along shortly to share their experience with you. Try not to assume it is pancreatic cancer as there are so many other things it could be. If you can, stay well away from Google as this may make you even more anxious.
