I am sorry to hear you are feeling so worried about cervical cancer. I hope that you manage to get this looked into. You've had these symptoms for a long time now and I can imagine it is stressful for you to have found no cause for this. It might be worth going back to your GP and mentioning that sex can be painful sometimes and that these symptoms are worrying you. You could perhaps try and seek a second opinion and you can find out more about this on this page. 

I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be as there are so many things it could be other than cancer. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious.
