How do you decide if your breast lump is movable?

I have a breast clinic appointment tomorrow as I have a lump and pain in my left breast. I have a time for a mammogram first then through to the clinic.

My question is how do you decide if its a movable lump? Aren't they all naturally a bit movable just due to the nature of breast tissue?

Mine is fairly firm but a bit squishy to, its like firmer on the bottom but has a bit that feels a bit like a bubble on top of it that can definitely be popped from side to side and some days it feels bigger than others, the underneath part moves to but not as much. So how much movement does there need to be for it to be 'movable'?

Dr did say it felt like a cyst and I have been pretty calm about it all until now, it was very painful when I found it but the pain subsided again for a few weeks but start of last week it was agony again. I don't get periods due to having the coil but I do get all the pmt symptoms roughly every 4 weeks which timed exactly with the pain flaring up again so logical head says it's a cyst but now that this time tomorrow I'll be at the clinic I feel absolutely sick with worry and I'm convincing myself it's going to be cancer.
