Hi I've recently been feeling ill for the past few weeks I've had headaches and it's like it's at the back of my head and it feels a bit stiff also when moving around I can feel a bit dizzy it's not very nausea as I don't feel sick or be sick but just feeling dizzy.  Kinda lack of energy a bit 

I also having a pain in the top of stomach it's kind of a feeling like something stuck in there when it's not.

I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and under arms they are not hard and they move they have not grown or gone down neither are they hard I've had them for many years but haven't bothered me and gps didn't seem concerned. 

I don't know if not fully able to move legs and arm is another thing but I mentioned it just to say if related.

I'm so worried about lymphoma at 16 ( nodes have been swollen since 12)

When googling symptoms of just headache I get things like brain tumours and then lymphoma but none really have exact symptoms.

When googling common things like night sweats and very itchy skin I don't have any of these and neither a loss of weight or really tired all day (fatigue) I little energy at the moment but that could be down to hot weather here.

 I don't have any other symptoms of lymphoma or another type of cancer but I'm still very worried gps don't seem to find anything bad I've had 2 blood tests (not for cancer but for something else) and 1st one was off but due to infection and the second one was perfectly normal nothing odd. I'm getting a 3rd one next week (also not for cancer just in general having a blood test and I hope there's nothing but I really need some help with this or what people think.
